Smart Licensing System (RTA)

Known as "eTraffic"

  • Role: Senior Product Owner.

  • Developed a licensing solution providing access to over 150 services for drivers and vehicle owners via various platforms including an online portal, mobile app, IVR, and automated kiosks.

  • Role: Business/System Analyst

  • Developed a system for registering road accidents in Dubai, providing decision-makers with quick access to technical reports.

Electronic Messaging System (Dubai Police)

  • Role: Quality Control/Implementation Engineer

  • Designed to replace manually drafted letters and circulars within Dubai Police, automating daily correspondence and aligning business processes between departments and police stations.

Fines Integration System (Dubai Police)

  • Role: Business/System Analyst

  • Integrated Dubai's licensing system with other Dubai fines systems, aiding in the collection and maintenance of fines issued by UAE traffic systems.

iCademy (Emirates Driving Institute, UAE - Dubai)

  • Role: Senior Product Manager.

  • Developed Eco-system for effective administration and management of EDI students, enabling seamless communication and efficient learning experience.
